It all started in 1895 and since then we have been working with the production method based on the centenary grinding of a select raw material, cold extraction using pressure on sports columns and the gravity decantation, thus reaching one 100% extra virgin arbequina olive oil characteristic for its density, its color greenish yellow, and its taste sweet with slight reminiscences of almonds and ripe fruit
